Mandy leads a team of more than 1000 technology and operations staff as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Tabcorp , Australia's leading diversified entertainment group. Our IT operational footprint extends across more than 9,000 venues and outlets across the country.
Mandy was CIO of Tatts Group for two years up until its merger with Tabcorp in 2017, one of the largest corporate mergers in Australian history.
Previous positions include Chief Technology Officer of start-up Literary Planet and CIO of online travel company the Wotif Group. During her nine years at the Wotif Group she was responsible for software development and technology operations, managing a team of more than 130 software development, architecture, operations and support staff across Australia and Asia.
In 2015 Mandy was awarded Boss Young Executive of the Year, and CEO Magazine runner-up CIO of the Year. She was also awarded CIO of the Year at the national iAwards in 2012.

James started his career as an Australian Army Officer, serving for 13 years from which he gained his foundation in leadership and strategy. James was responsible for global IT as well as the enterprise PMO and capital budget, and later in his role took on responsibility for the business strategy as a member of the global executive leadership team. He drove a digital transformation program which saved $5m USD in IT in its first year and enabled a material shift to digital channels and ways of working that enabled a successful restructuring program that delivered a $50m USD annual saving.
James has experience in mergers and acquisitions, and in large transformational programs, including directing a $90m USD merger program which generated $11m USD in annualised savings. James is most proud of establishing an IT services company via commercialisation of a shared service, upon which he took on the role of COO. In this role he developed the consulting line of business and oversaw the growth of the business from 100 staff to over 600 staff and delivered over 40% total shareholder returns in less than two years.

Brendan Smith is the CISO at Tabcorp , Australia's largest wagering and gaming operator, having joined four years ago prior to the merger with Tatts Group. Prior to that Brendan was at Fujitsu where he ran the Managed Security team.

Ms Susan Hunt PSM commenced as Chief Executive Officer of Lotterywest in July 2017, and in January 2018 was concurrently appointed Chief Executive Officer for Healthway, another Western Australian statutory organisation.
From 2004-2017 she was the CEO of Perth Zoo, following a career in public policy, conservation and research. Susan was the President of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums from 2015-17, and of the Australasian Zoo Association from 2007-2011.
Susan has previously served as a Board Member of the Trustee of the International Species Information System, is on the Board of VenuesWest as well as an invitee on the Board of the Perth Festival.
Susan is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand School of Government and in 2017 was made an Australian Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration (IPAA). She has received an IPAA Patrons Award and in 2010 was awarded a Public Service Medal for her outstanding contribution to public service.
Mr Ee Hock Chye is currently Director of Customer Division at Singapore Pools with over 20 years of industry experience in lottery and sports gaming. In this capacity, Hock Chye is tasked to spearhead the creation of a single view of the customer and developing actionable customer segmentations. The insights assimilated are used to engage customer for responsible gaming.
Prior to his current appointment, Hock Chye was Head of the Product Division where he worked to enhance the lottery and sports betting operations, programmes and revamp existing games. He was instrumental in the introduction of several Singapore Pools' products such as the fractional bet for the four-digit lottery game, the restructured Toto draws and the redesigned Singapore Sweep game.
He had also expanded Singapore Pools' football product offerings by increasing the number of leagues and live matches in the company's bid to narrow the gap with illegal offerings and services.
Before joining Singapore Pools, Hock Chye was with Singaporean investment company Temasek Holdings' equity portfolio team for North America and Asia for close to a decade.

Kathryn Haworth is Lotto New Zealand's General Manager, Strategy and Communications. Prior to his AWS time, Olivier ran the digital product strategy for an American multinational publishing and education company across Asia and led engineering and R&D efforts to build a virtualised web service platform for a Luxembourgish Internet Service Provider pre-cloud era.
Olivier earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Trier and a Masters degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
Anil Chandrapati is the Regional Account Director for Asia Pacific at IGT and he is based in Sydney, Australia. He has been with IGT for more than 14 years and is responsible for IGT’s business in Asia and Australasia. With the customer evolution and changes in demographics, Asia is a huge growth region for the lottery industry and IGT with Anil's experience in the lottery and betting industry covering all aspects of account management, systems implementations, service delivery, and business operations is well suited to deliver solutions to meet the requirements of clients' growth and technology plans.

A 30 year veteran, Lynne has been a valuable contributor to the lottery industry.
She obtained her law degree from Laval University and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1972. After several years in private practice and as Corporate Secretary and Director Legal Services for the Quebec Automobile Insurance Board, she joined Loto-Québec in 1985 as Director of legal services.
In 1996, she was named Secretary General and Vice-President Legal Group served in that capacity until August 2016 when she was named President and CEO of Loto-Québec. She is the first woman to hold this position and the first internal nomination. In her various roles at Loto-Québec, she played an instrumental role in establishing the legal and reglementary framework that permitted LQ to diversify its gaming activities, from lotteries to lottery videos, to casinos and resort hotels, to satellite bingo, as well as various joint ventures with amongst Accor Hotels and The Fonds de solidarité.
She is also a Board member of the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, acting as Chairman for 5 terms.
Finally Lynne is the Secretary General of the World Lottery Association which regroups some 150 lotteries corporations from all 5 continents.
Thanks to her position at Loto-Quebec and WLA, Lynne has built bridges between continents, solidified by her experience and knowledge of all sectors. Even after 30 years in the industry, Lynne continues to be excited by the many challenges of our industry and her enthusiasm is contagious.
Even though some of you may be surprised, Lynne is not “all work and no play”. A grandmother of 4y, she loves to spend time with her grandchildren especially on the slopes during the winter.
Rebecca Hargrove is a 34-year, lottery-industry veteran who has served as chief executive of four U.S. lotteries: the Illinois Lottery; the Florida Lottery; the Georgia Lottery; and since September 2003, the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation . Her resume also includes a long list of lottery industry, business, and civic accomplishments and honors.
Rebecca was elected WLA President in November 2018 after having served six years on the WLA Executive Committee as Senior Vice President. She has also served as the President of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL), the U.S. Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), and of AILE (International Association of State Lotteries). Rebecca remains one of the most respected, experienced, and admired leaders in the lottery industry.
Dato Lawrence Lim Swee Lin is the CEO of the Magnum Group of Companies . He joined Magnum in 2000 bringing with him experiences and leadership skills from his previous roles in the financial, manufacturing and property investment industries.

Ioannis has substantial experience in project and program management, information technology and public and private sector tendering. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and Organisational Behaviour.
Kapil is one of the most well-known personalities in the Indian Lottery Industry. He started his lottery career as a street vendor at the age of 16, while pursuing Science qualifications from Delhi University. Famous as "Lottery man" from India, Kapil has four decades industry experienced and is known for his innovative ideas and executive abilities.
During his leadership, Indian Lotteries attained the status of an Industry in 1985, which hitherto had limited response from respective regions of society.

Wayne is the Head of IT Racing Wagering & Lottery solutions at The Hong Kong Jockey Club . He is responsible for the operations and enhancement of technology solutions that processed over HK$247 billion in Horseracing, Football and Lottery turnover in the 18/19 financial year. Wayne also leads the HKJC IT team that provides technology services and consulting for the China Sports Lottery.
Before joining the HKJC Wayne held a number of senior technology roles at Tabcorp in Australia where he led the technology integration of Sports betting for Tabcorp and Tab Limited and also the technology enablement of the Tabcorp subsidiary Luxbet. He was involved in various product developments across Sports, Racing and Virtual Racing numbers games. Prior to this he was a senior manager in Accenture Australia where he led technology consulting engagements at various Australian media companies including Telstra, Optus and Austar Entertainment.
Ben is the Head of Brand for the Lott : the home of Australia's Official Lotteries by Tatts, NSW Lotteries, Golden Casket and SA Lotteries. Ben leads the Lott's marketing communications effort and brand strategy across more than 12 lottery brands. His focus areas include ongoing innovation in marketing planning and execution, brand evolution and creative strategy.
Since joining the company in 2014, Ben has been able to demonstrate his passion for consumer-based insights and research to drive marketing strategy. His most recent accomplishment includes the successful restructure and brand refresh of Powerball.

It’s been more than 30 years since Marcella Larsen started her career in retail while at the University of Washington and insisted on having a laptop before accepting an internship offer at a trading partner of Samsung in South Korea.

Geneviève oversees Pollard’s partnership with TabCorp and Lotterywest, as well as a number of other high profile lotteries in Europe and Canada. Greg has over 10 years' experience in designing and building digital products. Working as Head of Customer Experience at Jumbo Interactive , his team is responsible for improving the customer experience across all touch points. His focus on customer research and design thinking has championed a customer first culture at Jumbo. Over the past 7 years his work has resulted in an increase in customer conversions, retention, and satisfaction for Jumbo's flagship product - Oz Lotteries.

The newest member of the Carmanah's all-star team, John Wilde brings with him previous Lottery Industry experience coupled with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT Channel Business.

Li Xuan is the Deputy Director-General of China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Centre (CWL). CWL is the first-of-its-kind lottery organization in the People's Republic of China.
Li is currently responsible for the management and operations of draw-based games, marketing communications, and lottery drawings. He also oversees the functions of IT system and security for CWL. Prior to joining CWL, he was the vice president of Beijing College of Social Administration (formerly the Ministry of Civil Affairs Management Cadre Institute).
He holds a doctoral degree in social security from Beijing Normal University.
